Are you a strategic leader passionate about innovation, governance, and organizational development? We are seeking a General Manager to lead our mission, mobilize our teams, and ensure sustainable growth.

Your main responsabilities:

  • Define and implement the strategic vision in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
  • Oversee key functions: finance, human resources, operations, business development.
  • Ensure rigorous, transparent governance aligned with our values.
  • Represent Evnia in external forums and during travel across North America.
  • Foster an organizational culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Actively participate in the company’s social and environmental initiatives.
  • Be part of a B Corp sub-committee to ensure our social and environmental performance.
  • Work closely with the B Corp committee to ensure continuous improvement in its department’s social and environmental responsibility.
  • Contribute ideas and involvement to the company’s sustainable development.
  • Collaborate in defining social and environmental objectives to reduce our impact.

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • A University Degree in management, administration, or a related field.
  • Proven executive experience (10+ years), including managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership, with strong ability to influence and mobilize teams in a context of transformation and hypergrowth. Ability to inspire and drive collaborators to exceed their goals.
  • Expertise in strategic financial management, including budget development, expense tracking, variance analysis, and corrective measures to ensure profitability and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Knowledge of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is an asset.
