A Dynamic and Creative Key Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager whose main mission will be to build strong relationships with clients to ensure they receive services that meet their expectations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will promote client satisfaction, loyalty, and growth by aligning their needs with strategic solutions. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Director, you’ll be surrounded by a passionate team and have the opportunity to collaborate in promoting the company and our eco-fee management service.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through their journey, ensuring smooth onboarding and proactively resolving issues.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships based on trust and long-term satisfaction.
  • Maximize retention and growth by monitoring client health indicators (post-onboarding and annual surveys), anticipating risks, and identifying development opportunities (e.g., adding programs).
  • Represent the client’s voice internally by sharing needs and feedback with the compliance team to improve services.
  • Track and analyze results, presenting key performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Actively participate in the company’s social and environmental initiatives.
  • Be part of a B Corp sub-committee to ensure our social and environmental performance.
  • Work closely with the B Corp committee to ensure continuous improvement in its department’s social and environmental responsibility.
  • Contribute ideas and involvement to the company’s sustainable development.
  • Collaborate in defining social and environmental objectives to reduce our impact.

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Studies in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of a specific industry (e.g., agri-food, pharma, etc.) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Canadian Extended Producer Responsibility programs is an asset.
