Governance

What has been done:

  • Added a social and environmental value statement to our legal documents
  • Established democratic and transparent governance where employees are consulted on important decisions and company figures are shared
  • Updated our code of ethics
  • Implemented a decision-making filter for all major and strategic decisions

What we want to do:

  • Quarterly presentation of revenues and expenses to the team

Community

What has been done:

  • Responsible procurement policy

What we want to do:

  • Allocate a total of 182 hours of work time for all employees to engage in volunteer initiatives, including at least one collective activity
  • Develop a partnership with a local organization

Employees

What has been done:

  • Career training and development program
  • Weekly physical activities
  • Group insurance program
  • Wellness program

What we want to do:

  • Offer information and awareness workshops related to wellness and mental health
  • Provide information and awareness workshops on personal finance

Environment

What has been done:

  • Comprehensive review of our travel expenses based on a bonus/malus model to reward good practices

What we want to do:

  • Measure our travel over a year to offset the GHGs emitted by our business transportation
