Senior Compliance Analyst

A Dynamic and Evolving Role!
We are currently seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be to develop methodologies for analyzing the information provided by clients to simplify their reporting processes. Reporting to the Compliance Director, you will have the chance to work with a team of passionate individuals to enhance the company’s visibility and promote our eco-fee management service.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their challenges and simplify processes.
  • Conduct compliance analyses and prepare recommendation reports.
    Participate in analyzing client information and make declarations within prescribed deadlines.
  • Propose improvements to our system with the goals of simplifying our internal processes and applying a risk and prevention principle to client data.
  • Promote the company and our eco-fee management service within its network.
  • Actively participate in the company's social and environmental initiatives.
  • Be part of a B Corp sub-committee to ensure our social and environmental performance.
  • Work closely with the B Corp committee to ensure continuous improvement in its department’s social and environmental responsibility.
  • Contribute ideas and involvement to the company’s sustainable development.
  • Collaborate in defining social and environmental objectives to reduce our impact.

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Studies in environmental or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
    Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of EPR and its workings.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel – advanced level or higher.
  • Proficiency in MS Access, an asset.

  • Possesses strong communication skills.
  • Keeps skills and knowledge up to date.
