A Dynamic and Creative Key Role<\/span>
We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager whose main mission will be to build strong relationships with clients to ensure they receive services that meet their expectations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will promote client satisfaction, loyalty, and growth by aligning their needs with strategic solutions. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Director, you\u2019ll be surrounded by a passionate team and have the opportunity to collaborate in promoting the company and our eco-fee management service.<\/p>

    Your Main Responsibilities<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t

    • Guide clients through their journey, ensuring smooth onboarding and proactively resolving issues.<\/li>
    • Build strong, lasting relationships based on trust and long-term satisfaction.<\/li>
    • Maximize retention and growth by monitoring client health indicators (post-onboarding and annual surveys), anticipating risks, and identifying development opportunities (e.g., adding programs).<\/li>
    • Represent the client\u2019s voice internally by sharing needs and feedback with the compliance team to improve services.<\/li>
    • Track and analyze results, presenting key performance reports to inform strategic decisions.<\/li>
    • Actively participate in the company’s social and environmental initiatives.<\/li>
    • Be part of a B Corp sub-committee to ensure our social and environmental performance.<\/li>
    • Work closely with the B Corp committee to ensure continuous improvement in its department\u2019s social and environmental responsibility.<\/li>
    • Contribute ideas and involvement to the company\u2019s sustainable development.<\/li>
    • Collaborate in defining social and environmental objectives to reduce our impact.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • Studies in business administration, communications, or a related field.<\/li>
      • Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.<\/li>
      • Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written).<\/li>
      • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>
      • Knowledge of a specific industry (e.g., agri-food, pharma, etc.) is an asset.<\/li>
      • Familiarity with Canadian Extended Producer Responsibility programs is an asset.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
